Tracking for orders fulfilled with DHL Global Mail domestic and international can be tracked here.
For international orders dispatched via DHL Global Mail, the parcel will be handed to your local courier upon arriving in your country.
Who do I contact if my parcel hasn't arrived?
Please let us know if you have not received your parcel and we will have our courier investigate this for you. Alternatively, you can call your local courier (eg. Auspost, USPS, Canadapost etc.) and quote your tracking number. The representative will be able to provide you with your parcel's tracking details.
